This document presents a summary of the SOFF Investment funding requests presented to the Steering Committee for inclusion in the Investment phase pipeline. Prioritization of the requests is in accordance with the approach to managing country funding requests outlined in Decision 11.6. The document provides the basis for Decision 12.2 on SOFF Investment funding requests.
