The Investment Phase funding request for Madagascar was conditionally approved at the 8th SOFF Steering Committee meeting with the African Development Bank (AfDB) as Implementing Entity. Following the change of Implementing Entity from the African Development Bank to the United Nations Development Programme, version 2 of the Investment Phase funding request (INF 10.2) is submitted for approval at the 10th SOFF Steering Committee (Decision 10.2).
