The Framework for collaboration for enhancing systematic observation has been developed following the request of the SOFF Steering Committee (Decision 5.5) and decided (Decision 6.4). The Secretariats of Adaptation Fund, Climate Investment Funds, Climate Risk and Early Warning Systems Initiative, Global Environment Facility and Green Climate Fund signed the framework at COP28, the SOFF high-level event on 9 December 2023.
